    Please see below for information regarding current shipping options and dispatch times. Should you require any further information, please contact our customer services. Customer service operates Monday to Friday 9.30 to 16.30 excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends.

     

    Available shipping options at checkout will vary depending on order value and postcode.

    *CHRISTMAS POSTING DATES 2019*

    Please see our Christmas opening dates below. For each date we are open, all items ordered before our 3pm cutoff time will be dispatched that day.  

    All our couriers will be delivering on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. However these are very busy dates for the couriers and there is a chance that Next Day Guaranteed items may not arrive as scheduled.
    Please bear in mind that on dates marked "CLOSED" staff will not be in office/available to investigate late items. We ask that you take this into consideration when placing your Christmas orders and recommend that were possible, all customers avoid ordering last minute during this period. 

    We are able to claim back postage charges for any items which are not delivered on time (if you let us know within 7 days). We are not able to resend or refund late items until they have been returned to us.

    UPS CUT OFF TIMES – NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

    • UPS items must be paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
    • UPS Standard is not guaranteed to arrive the next day although most items do.
    • No UPS items will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, instead Royal Mail or Parcelforce Saturday Delivery must be selected and paid before 3pm Friday.
    • NO UPS ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

    ROYAL MAIL CUT OFF TIMES – NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

    • Royal Mail items must be paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
    • Normal Next Day Guaranteed by Royal Mail does not include a Saturday Delivery Guarantee. Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is available if you pay before 3pm Friday.
    • NO ROYAL MAIL ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

     

    PARCELFORCE CUT OFF TIMES – NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

    • Parcelforce items must be paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
    • Normal Next Day Guaranteed by Parcelforce does not include a Saturday Delivery Guarantee. Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is available if you pay before 3pm Friday.
    • NO PARCELFORCE ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

     

    OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

    • ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED BY COURIER ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST LOCAL COLLECTION OF ITEMS AS THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE.
    • When placing an order, please always provide valid contact information. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if you are a new customer and we are unable to verify your identity.
    • We are able to ship to virtually any address in the world. Owing to restrictions, some products are not eligible for shipping internationally. If you are an international customer you may have to contact us before we make shipping options available to your location.

    Please note that the shipping rates for items which we sell are postcode and value-based. We have three couriers available to most parts of the UK however Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may only have Royal Mail available at checkout. All items dispatched the very same day if you order before 3pm Monday - Friday. Items are not dispatched during Weekends or Bank Holidays.

    TRACKING YOUR ITEMS / PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

    It is always quicker to track your own items and contact the courier yourself with the tracking information for any issues with delivery.

    Customer service are available Monday to Friday 9.30-16.30 to help if you have a problem with your delivery or can not locate your tracking number.

    When your order is dispatched, Prestige Hair Extensions will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail which will contain any relevant tracking numbers. Some customers report that shipping confirmation e-mails have automatically gone to their junk or spam e-mail folders. To avoid this issue please register a Prestige Hair Extensions website account rather than check out as a guest, this will ensure that you have access to every detail of your order from within your website account.

    Tracking numbers are added to your orders, visible in your Prestige Hair Extensions website account. This ensures you always have access to your tracking numbers outside of business hours, providing you with the ability to monitor your own deliveries.

    Dependent upon the selected delivery method and the information provided, the courier may also provide you with text messages regarding delivery of your item.

     

    LOST OR LATE DELIVERIES

    Sometimes despite us shipping your items correctly, the courier may fail to deliver them on time for a variety of reasons. If you experience a late delivery for a guaranteed item, you can inform customer service and claim a refund of the shipping costs. Please note, no extra compensation is available above the cost of the original shipping. If the late delivery means you can no longer keep the item, you can return it unused for a full refund including original postage costs using our free returns portal.

    Although we understand that lost deliveries can have a huge impact on our customers, due to multiple fraudulent claims we will never repost or refund till the couriers have completed their investigations. Some investigations are resolved within a few days but more complex denial of receipt claims can take 8-14 days and on rare occasions longer - depending on the courier. You may be required to sign documentation for the courier before a claim can be resolved such as Denial of Receipt Letters.

    NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS

    Unfortunately, UPS Next Day Delivery is not available in these areas, we offer their 1-4 day service which is approx 1 day to Belfast and 1-4 for Scottish Highlands and Islands. If next day delivery is required when ordering from one of these locations you must select the appropriate Royal Mail Special Delivery option.

    USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA

    UPS Worldwide Express Saver  (1-2 days delivery USA/Canada, 2-4 days Delivery Australia)  is available to these areas.

     

    We are also trialing Parcelforce Worldwide services (delivery estimates available at checkout).

    WEEKEND PURCHASES

    As detailed above, items which are ordered after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched over the weekend, this also applies to items ordered during a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
